Service Description

You carry out the audit work yourselves. I will have an initial call or meeting with you for 2 hours to outline a structure for the audit and discuss options. You carry out the research, and we will then have two follow up hour long calls – one to look at your data and a second after your have created a final report and proposals for improvement. Includes: • 2 hour initial call to give you a framework to conduct your audit • 1 hour post-survey call to look at the results and help you to interpret them • 1 hour call to work through your final report and proposals, with support on presenting the data, developing practical and realistic improvements and selling this in to senior leaders Note: this would not include a new strategy, but you can add this option at a 25% discount Booking is for the initial 2 hour consultation
