Service Description

I’ll work with you to understand your audiences and existing channels and engagement opportunities, develop surveys and lead focus groups, analyse the results and recommend improvements Includes: • A half day (up to 4 hours) understanding your audiences and communications in depth • A bespoke survey and focus group structure • Facilitation of up to five two-hour focus groups (additional focus groups can be added at £250 per group session) • Analysis of results • A final report with summary of results and recommendations for improvements Note: this would not include a new internal communications strategy, but you can add this option at a 25% discount. This booking slot is for the initial half-day consultation. We'll arrange slots for focus groups and timescales for reports when we meet.
